Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your POCOCO projector and all original accessories, including slides and cables, back into the original box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
